Yesterday I had a family photo shoot in Waxhall, NC. It's a cute little town right outside of South Charlotte. The weather was beautiful but surprisingly chilly, and the leaves were as gorgeous as ever! Thank you to my friend Alara, her husband, and two adorable children for making this photo shoot awesome.
I had the incredible honor of photographing my friends Kirsten and Jon's wedding at a beautiful country club in Delaware. It was my first solo wedding and they completely trusted me with everything! They are such an adorable, good-looking couple and were SO laid back to work with. I loved pops of orange throughout the wedding- from Jon's socks to Kirsten's shoes to the unique kumquat centerpieces. It rained a bit during the ceremony but the umbrellas and rain drops made the ceremony that more memorable. The day flowed perfectly and I couldn't of asked for a better couple to document on their wedding day. I can't wait to post the rest of the photos on my website so stay tuned!
Congratulations to Kirsten and Jon!
What a gorgeous couple! Seriously. The thing I loved about photographing Chantony and Evan was that they didn't want anything planned, posed, or typical for an engagement shoot- and that's exactly what I love doing. Everything just felt so natural and right. I can't wait to edit the rest of the photos.
Congrats to Chantony and Evan!
